Night of Hope
Rainbow & Roses Benefit Evening

Thanks to all those who attended, this event raised
$180,000 for the Mother’s Hope Foundation.

WTAE news anchor Mike Clark was the Master of Ceremonies at the Mother’s Hope Foundation’s Ninth Annual Night of Hope. The gala event was held at the Grand Ballroom of the Westin Convention Center Hotel.

Fifth Third Bank served as Mother’s Hope Foundation’s Corporate Sponsor for this year. Bishop David A. Zubik graced those in attendance and conducted the invocation. Included in the audience of 375 people were Bob and Lisa Pompeani;

Honorary Chairman Pierre Larouche and wife, Cindi Larouche, as well as well as Cathy Howe, Executive Director of Mother’s Hope, her husband, Jim Howe, and family. The biggest stars were the little ones who attended the event, the Mother’s Hope Foundation’s Poster Children and their families, for they are the reason why the Annual Night of Hope continues to go on every year.

The night included many exciting events, including roving violinists and a live auction with amazing sports memorabilia to bid on.

It is always a dream come true for Cathy when she walks through the door of the ballroom to see the outpouring of love and compassion and to gaze at the full room of people who create that Rainbow of Hope.

The attendees and sponsors gathered to open their hearts to the children suffering from cancer in Western Pennsylvania and to the children who to this day are still living in refugee camps in Bosnia.

We look forward to seeing you at our Tenth Annual Night of Hope to be held in February 2011 at the Westin Convention Center Hotel.

On behalf of each child, Mother’s Hope Foundation will touch, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
